About Us

The goal of the Page County Endowment Fund, working in partnership with the Clarinda Foundation and the Greater Shenandoah Foundation, is to improve the quality of life in Page County by supporting needs that are not being met in the areas of civic, cultural, health, education and social service.

The Page County Endowment Fund was formed in 2004 as an affiliate of the Omaha Community Foundation. The founding members of the organization had a vision to ensure that our county’s charitable programs were supported now- and in the future. We work together with many individuals, families, business, and organizations to establish endowment funds that will provide grant awards for years to come.

The Page County Endowment Fund is governed by a local advisory board that is active in our local communities. Members of our advisory board are:

Robert Norris, Esq., Chair

Elaine Armstrong, Vice Chair
Jeannine Liljdahl, Secretary/Treasurer
Gary Beggs
Jan Billings
