Grant Information The Community Foundation of Des Moines County is here to help our community’s charitable projects and programs contribute to the quality of life in our area. One of the ways this can be done is through grantmaking. The Community Foundation is currently working on developing a process to accept grant applications from charitable projects and programs, which will impact a wide range of needs in the community – arts and culture, health, human services, community betterment, historic preservation and much more.
