Established in 2005, the Hardin County Community Endowment Foundation (HCCEF) is a charitable foundation created by and for local citizens to improve the quality of life right here in Hardin County. The Foundation is commited to growing community investment, encouraging current and former Hardin County residents to give back to their communities, and offering a variety of tools to make charitable giving easy.
