
The Foundation for the Enhancement of Mitchell County is here to help our community’s charitable projects and programs contribute to the quality of life in our area. One of the ways that is done is through grant making. The Foundation for the Enhancement of Mitchell County currently has one granting cycle/s each year- The deadline for applications this grant cycle is The Foundation for the Enhancement of Mitchell County accepts grant applications from charitable projects and programs impacting a wide range of needs in the community- life learning, health & fitness, environmental quality, community development.
The Foundation for the Enhancement of Mitchell County will NOT fund ongoing project support and operation support, annual and capital campaigns, equipment (unless essential for the project), budget deficit, endowments, recurring funds, individuals, and religious purposes (this does not exclude grants to religious organizations for non-religious purposes).
