About Us
Community Foundation of North Lee County

Our mission is to embrace the quality of life in North Lee County by providing a means for permanent charitable giving to meet the needs of all donors for today and tomorrow.

The Community Foundation of North Lee County was formed in 2005 as an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend. The founding members of the organization had a vision to ensure that our communities’ charitable programs were supported now- and in the future. We work together with many individuals, families, business, and organizations to establish endowment funds that will provide grant awards for years to come.

The Community Foundation of North Lee County is governed by a local board of directors comprised of local citizens dedicated to the betterment of our community. Board members are:

Steve Koellner, President
Joe Kowzan, Vice President
Laurie Breen, Secretary/Treasurer
Mike Huffman
Tracy Vance
Merlin Hellman
Paul Walker
Carolyn MacLearn
Rich Mohrfeld
